Welcome to Our 10-week Course!
A positive, fun, inspiring adventure with our weekly empowerment classes tailored for students during the school term.
Our mission is to foster a positive & growth mindset, inner confidence, self value and resilience in children from a young age, before they embark on their teenage years and exposed to the powerful world of social media and body image.
They are based on positive psychology principles and delivered by way of fun, creative and engaging activities. Girls come away from our workshops knowing themselves better, understanding the power they have over their own lives and with increased social awareness.
Classes for preteen and teenagers
Here’s a glimpse of what makes our program extraordinary:
Program Highlights:
Weekly Gatherings: The same group of students attend weekly at the same time and location, ensuring a sense of familiarity and community.
10-Week discovery: Dive deep into a diverse array of empowering topics over the course of 10 weeks, each week unveiling a new topic of personal growth and self-discovery.
Learning and delivery: Our gentle and warm approach involves dynamic exploration through movement, engaging worksheets, reflective journals, lively discussions, energizing games, imaginative role play, and creative art/craft activities.
Celebration: The journey ends with a graduation party at the final class, celebrating the remarkable achievements and growth experienced by each participant. Parents are welcome to join
Inspiring Environments: Classes take place in carefully selected locations in Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills. Our dedicated spaces are transformed into vibrant, colorful and safe environments designed to encourage students to be themselves in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Weekly Engagement: Each week, girls receive tailored worksheets and activities centered around the theme of that session. These activities are thoughtfully planned and put together to be completed in class, ensuring active participation and a shared learning experience.
Building Connections: Beyond education, our program is a gateway to lasting friendships. By meeting consistently over the 10 weeks, girls form a unique and special bond, creating a supportive community.
Preteen Course

Fees
$300 a term ($30.00 a week)
Fees may be covered by NDIS funding
Teenager Course

Students can attend for just one term or come along all year (different activities every term!)

A year previously I was feeling very low as I sat at an awards dinner supporting other woman, I made a promise that night, that I would return the following year feeling better about myself and see the good in me again. I went on a 12-month journey where I attended the same awards dinner and won an award. I’m proud of this photo and what it represents.
