At A Sprinkle of Magic, we provide beautiful children’s entertainment that will add a touch of magic, excitement and sparkle to your child’s special day.

From the moment we depart fairy/superhero land and make our journey to your child’s party, we guarantee that we will create hours of non stop magical fun for you and your important guests.

Our parties are not only magical, but they are stress free, giving you the chance to completely enjoy your child’s party. As soon as we arrive at your party, we begin to create a magical wonderland or superhero haven ready for your guests.

All parties are carefully designed, tailor made and are age specific ensuring to create treasured memories that will last a lifetime. Our beautifully designed children’s party programmes are perfect for any special occasion; they are specifically tailored to suit any colour theme or interest as well as being suitable for both girls and boys of all ages. The number of activities performed on the day vary depending on the number of children attending and the duration of your special visit from us.

We are a multi multi-award-winning event and children’s entertainment business who love to coordinate events. We LOVE to throw a party! Our packages are affordable and flawless catering to all your party needs to create a magical experience for every child. Your child and their friends will be over the moon with everything we have on offer (and so will you)!

Our packages are fun filled with loads of games and activities that will have the kids captivated from beginning to end; they will not want the party to finish! We are happy to customise our packages to suit your wishes for your child’s special day. We work with your space to create an unforgettable party, from your backyard, loungeroom to your local hall, we bring your space to life with plenty of fun, laughter and a magical experience! We have a range of party options and packages to choose from and each can be customised to suit your child and their wishes for their special day. I will work with you to create their perfect party!

Our packages are for 12 children, if you have less than 12 attending please do not worry, extra time will be allocated for more games and activities and if you have more than 12 children that’s perfectly ok, there will just be an additional fee for extra guests (please see packages for pricing). With all our packages an optional skype or one on one phone call is available to discuss the final details prior to your child’s party, we want to make sure we capture everything for their special day.

Birthday Parties FAQs

How do I make a booking?

Making a booking is super easy! You can book online 24 hours 7 days a week, choose the package you would like; click ‘check availibility’ and select the date and time; complete and submit the online booking and pay the $50 deposit (paypal, credit card and bank transfer are available).

You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your booking along with a proposal to complete. You are welcome to contact us directly to place a booking; phone 0411 073 100, or email at asprinkleofmagic@outlook.com

Do you require a deposit or bond?

A $50 deposit is required upon making a booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your booking along with an itinerary and invitations.  You will receive an invoice for the remainder of the payment minus the deposit paid which is to be paid on or before the day of booking, prior to the castle being setup. 

How much notice is required when making a booking?

To ensure you are able to book a party on the date and time you would like, we suggest booking as soon as you have a date in mind (more notice for corporate or Christmas bookings). We do book out months in advance so please visit our website for available dates and times. 

If you are unable to find the date and time you are after, please still contact us and we will do our very best to try and accomodate you. 

Available dates and times will be regularly updated on our website making it easier for you to book online.

Our castles are available 7 days a week, all year round including Public Holidays.

What times are available for a party booking?

There are two time slots available for a party on Saturday and Sundays. 

Between 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm

Weekday parties are available, please contact asprinkleofmagic@outlook.com to see if your date and times are available.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 4 days before your party or event, the outstanding invoice will be emailed to you the week of your party with the amount to be paid. 

Can I make payments towards my invoice and how do I pay?

You can make payments at any time towards your party or event. An invoice will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your booking; payments can be made via this invoice at anytime. Payments can be made via credit card, paypal and bank transfer. 

If you make a bank transfer payments, please send an email to asprinkleofmagic@outlook.com as these will need to be manually added to your invoice. 

 

How long does it take to set up for a party or event?

Depending on the party package chosen, parties and events take between 45mins and 1 hour to set up. 

These times will be depended on the accessibility of the site and how close we can park to the party/event space and if we need to walk to the area. 

How many children can I invite?

Our package prices are for 12 children but you are welcome to invite more guests. We don’t have a limit on how many guests attend a party or event booking. 

What happens if I can't see the date I would like available?

As we book out months in advance, you may not be able to find the date you would like to book for your party or event. If you are unable to find the date you would like, please send us an email at asprinkleofmagic@outlook.com and we will do our very best to try and accommodate your date request. 

Please don’t select any date that you see available on the booking calendar in order to complete a booking, send us an email or contact us to ask for the date. 

What is the minimum age for guests to be included in a party booking?

Children from 2 years old can be included in the guest numbers, younger children are very welcome to sit in on the party but I find they will come in and out of the party space. 

What do parents do while the party is going?

Parents are very welcome to watch during the party. We host the party and take care of serving food/drinks, greeting guests, cutting the cake and all the entertaining so parents can sit back and enjoy the party. 

What happens if there are shy guests at a party?

Please don’t worry, I have over 20 years experience hosting parties and entertaining children. I am able to read a room and see if there are guests who may need a little extra hello; I always encourage guests to participate during activities and games but if they are shy and don’t want to, I find them litle jobs to help me with. I also have great listening ears as well as love a hug for anyone that may need it. 

If you are having an outdoor event in the park or a playground where a power point is not available you do need a generator. The hirer will need to organise their own generator.

When do I need to let you know how many are attending?

The week before your party, you will receive an email confirming booking details (time, date and location) as well as asking for a list of guest names and number of guests attending. We understand it can be difficult to get all rsvp, please let us know number of guests confirmed as well as guests who haven’t responded, we will ensure we have extra for the day in case they attend. 

We like to have number of guests attending at least 3 days before the party. Please let us know if you have any late rsvp after this time and we can include them on your list. 

What happens if it rains or bad weather?

You are welcome to move your party to an inside venue if the weather is predicted to be raining or windy. Please contact us with the new venue location and we will update your booking. 

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations without rescheduling to an alternative date will attract the following charges:

  • 14 days or more prior to the event –  forfeit the deposit.
  • 13 to 3 days prior to the event –a cancellation fee of 20% of the original booking amount and forfeits the deposit.
  • 2 – 3 days prior to the event – a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount, and forfeits the deposit; and
  • Within 24 hours of the event – a cancellation fee of 70% of the original booking amount and forfeits the deposit.
Are you insured?

Yes we are fully insured and carry public liability insurance. A certificate of currency will be provided upon request wherever required by law.
