Our parties are not only magical, but they are stress free, giving you the chance to completely enjoy your child’s party. As soon as we arrive at your party, we begin to create a magical wonderland or superhero haven ready for your guests.
All parties are carefully designed, tailor made and are age specific ensuring to create treasured memories that will last a lifetime. Our beautifully designed children’s party programmes are perfect for any special occasion; they are specifically tailored to suit any colour theme or interest as well as being suitable for both girls and boys of all ages. The number of activities performed on the day vary depending on the number of children attending and the duration of your special visit from us.

We are so grateful for the overwhelming love and demand for our parties! With our calendar filling so quickly and a number of other exciting commitments on the horizon, we’ve made some changes so we can continue to spread as much magic as possible.
We’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Mini Party / Guest Appearance Package. This package has been designed with busy families in mind, giving you all the sparkle, energy, and professionalism of our full parties, just in a smaller, more flexible format.
Your child and their friends will still experience the same joy, laughter, and interactive fun that makes our parties so special. The only difference is that this option has been compressed into a smaller package, making it perfect for families who want a magical appearance without the full party structure.
By offering this new package, we can reach more families, attend more celebrations, and ensure no child misses out on a touch of sparkle for their big day and allow me to continue working on our other exciting venture.
Whether it’s a quick guest appearance to surprise the birthday child or a mini celebration with friends, our new package is designed to keep the magic alive in every way possible.

Starting from $149
Travel costs: if the location is within 25kms of Strathalbyn $15.00, more than 25kms from Strathalbyn, a travel fee of $30.00 applies, more than 50kms, a travel fee of $45 applies.
$50.00 deposit is payable when booking to confirm your party or event.
How do I make a booking?

Do you require a deposit or bond?
How much notice is required when making a booking?
If you are unable to find the date and time you are after, please still contact us and we will do our very best to try and accomodate you.
Available dates and times will be regularly updated on our website making it easier for you to book online.
Our castles are available 7 days a week, all year round including Public Holidays.
What times are available for a party booking?
Between 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm

When is final payment due?
Can I make payments towards my invoice and how do I pay?
If you make a bank transfer payments, please send an email to asprinkleofmagic@outlook.com as these will need to be manually added to your invoice.
How long does it take to set up for a party or event?
These times will be depended on the accessibility of the site and how close we can park to the party/event space and if we need to walk to the area.
How many children can I invite?
What happens if I can't see the date I would like available?
Please don’t select any date that you see available on the booking calendar in order to complete a booking, send us an email or contact us to ask for the date.
What is the minimum age for guests to be included in a party booking?

What happens if there are shy guests at a party?
When do I need to let you know how many are attending?
We like to have number of guests attending at least 3 days before the party. Please let us know if you have any late rsvp after this time and we can include them on your list.
What happens if it rains or bad weather?
Is there a cancellation fee?
- 14 days or more prior to the event – forfeit the deposit.
- 13 to 3 days prior to the event –a cancellation fee of 20% of the original booking amount and forfeits the deposit.
- 2 – 3 days prior to the event – a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount, and forfeits the deposit; and
- Within 24 hours of the event – a cancellation fee of 70% of the original booking amount and forfeits the deposit.
